Where does FRÉ ship?

FRÉ currently ships to the US, UK, European Union countries & Israel. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 12 am ET are processed the next business day). Then, DHL or USPS takes it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.

I'm having problems with the tracking

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via help@freskincare.com. We can give you the inside info.

What is FRÉ?

FRÉ is a combination of the many values we want to express: FRÉ as in “fresh” (in French) because our products are natural and they provide a refreshing experience when combined with sweating skin; FRÉ, because it resembles “free” and our heroes are the carefree women who are active, independent, courageous and powerful. In addition to the meaning of the word, these is an underlying meaning in our 3 letters - F, R, É – these stand for the 3 values which represent the Fré woman: F for Fit, R for Resilient, and E for Elegant.

Why do I need a special skincare routine because I workout?

When you work out, especially outdoors, your facial skin is prone to extra damage due to environmental factors. Your facial skin requires a routine that will help revive your skin, and protect you from issues like increased photo-sensitivity due to the combination of sweat and sun, dark spots, irritation, breakouts, over-redness, and premature aging.

Do I need to use FRÉ products pre and post-workout only or as a daily routine?

FRÉ is your comprehensive daily skincare routine.

'Protect Me' should be used daily in the morning as deep moisturizer with SPF30 and strong anti-aging properties. Before workout and whenever you feel your skin needs moisture, reapply.  

'Purify Me' is your daily facial cleanser to be applied morning, evenings and post-workout. It purifies your skin and pores, prevent post-workout breakouts and calms skin. 

'Revive Me' is your deep replenishing serum that builds your skin resilience and fights the signs of aging with exceptional anti-wrinkles and skin tightening powers. It creates a natural healthy glow. 'Revive Me' should be used daily, at night, and post-workout when you workout am or afternoons. On days, you don't work out, you can apply 'Revive Me' morning and night. It is recommended to not apply 'Revive Me' more than twice a day.   

What are the steps' order of the FRÉ skincare resilience program? 

After reading the previous answer carefully, this is the right order to use FRÉ at different moments of the day:

Do I need FRÉ if I exercise indoors?

Even when exercising indoors, sweat can foster irritations, break-outs and collagen degeneration due to intensive physical efforts.

Can I sell the products on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase of FRÉ Skincare products is only for your personal use. By purchasing FRÉ Skincare products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Please contact help@freskincare.com with any other questions.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If you are shipping the product to our fulfillment center, please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us as soon as possible— help@freskincare.com.

Where should I drop off my return or exchange package?

You can drop the package off at any USPS Post Office or USPS blue collection box and at any FedEx retail store.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at help@freskincare.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders. 

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: - Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
- Is your card expired?
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at help@freskincare.com. We’re happy to help!
