The Core Routine

The  123FRÉ Set was created for active skin. Based on the patent-pending Argania Active Complex, each product is full of the magical properties of argan. And even more amazing, the complex works for all skin types. By following the basic routine, you cleanse, hydrate and protect your skin in three easy steps.

Step 1: Clean your face with  PURIFY ME, a hydrating facial cleanser that is gentle on skin, but tough on grime and post-workout sweat.

Step 2: Hydrate your skin with  REVIVE ME, a deep replenishing serum that replaces moisture lost through exercise and sweat.

Step 3: Defend your skin with  PROTECT ME is an ultra-light moisturizer with SPF30 that protects skin from harmful UV rays all year round.

Sensitive & irritated skin

If you suffer from sensitive, irritated, inflamed, or red skin then we recommend the  123FRÉ Set and  I AM JOY.

AM: 

1. PURIFY ME:  This hydrating cleanser is tough on grime and sweat, but incredibly gentle to sensitive skin. It contains hamamelis for calming redness, aloe vera that softens the skin and moisturizing shea butter.
2. REVIVE ME: Our deeply hydrating serum contains hydroviton for maintaining a healthy skin barrier and sterols to provide extra moisture.
3. PROTECT ME:  This moisturizing sunscreen with SPF30 contains bisabolol and symcalmin, both of which reduce redness and prevent irritation. The formula also contains chamomile, melissa and rooibos, with soothing effects. Essential fatty acids restore skin’s natural barrier that can be damaged by inflammation and irritation. 

PM:

1. PURIFY ME: Gently wash away the grime and sweat of the day without stripping your skin of essential moisture. 
2. REVIVE ME: Apply a thin layer on your skin to replenish moisture lost through exercise and sweat.

• I AM JOY Radiant Rose Mist works to balance skin’s pH and provide extra hydration. You can mist it on your face over and under makeup or other skin products. It is excellent for sensitive skin or rosacea, because it relieves redness and feelings of heat or tightness, thanks to its rose flower oil and citrus reticulata fruit extract. 

Anti-aging

If you are suffering from premature aging (ie. aging that seems unnatural or accelerated) or are just looking to create a preventative anti-aging routine, then these are the products for you.   

AM:

1. PURIFY ME + PURIFY BODY: Cleansing is the first step in every skincare routine.  PURIFY ME is a perfect daily cleanser that contains jojoba beads to gently buff away dead skin cells and leave skin looking younger, while  PURIFY BODY contains apricot kernel powder and argan for moisture and exfoliation.
2. PROTECT ME + PROTECT BODY: A broad spectrum SPF moisturizer prevents sun damage, the biggest factor causing premature aging.  PROTECT ME and  PROTECT BODY both contain SPF30 and are also packed with antioxidants and deeply hydrating argan, to repair any existing signs of damage.
3. BRIGHTEN ME: The eye contour has the most sensitive skin on our body and is the first to be affected by our age.  BRIGHTEN ME eye cream contains hyaluronic acid, well known as an anti-aging compound, niacinamide which increases collagen production that naturally declines over time. 

PM:

1. PURIFY ME + PURIFY BODY: Use these products to buff away the grime, texture and bacteria that builds up during the day.
2. DETOX ME: This exfoliating mask buffs away dry and damaged skin and provides a deep cleansing leaving you with youthful looking skin. We recommend using  DETOX ME 1-3 times each week depending on your skin type.
3. REVIVE ME: Our deep replenishing serum containsessential fatty acids that help in the prevention and reduction of wrinkles; matrixyl also has an anti wrinkle effect, and sterols recover lost vitamins and minerals.
4. RECOVER ME: Night is when the skin has major turnover. FRÉ’s  RECOVER ME contains hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, that improves the dry appearance of skin, tocopherol, which has an antioxidative effect, copper tripeptide 1 that activates collagen, and glycosaminoglycans that improves elasticity and firmness. 
5. BRIGHTEN ME: For best results, we recommend applying our eye cream both morning and evening.
6. GLOW BODY: It’s not just facial skin that needs moisture. Once you’ve finished the rest of your routine, apply  GLOW BODY all over. This product contains argan and avocado oil, which are packed with antioxidants and vitamins to prevent the signs of aging.

Other products

Breakouts

AM:

1. PURIFY ME + PURIFY BODY:  Our facial cleanser contains jojoba beads to gently exfoliate while our body cleanser contains apricot kernel powder. These ingredients leave a soft texture, remove dead cells, dirt and oil. Our formulas also contain shea butter, that provides moisture and is beneficial for acne prone skin since it is non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores).
2. PROTECT ME + PROTECT BODY:  Moisture and protection are important with all skin issues! Our sunscreens do both. You should apply sunscreen before sun exposure and reapply every 90 minutes. SPF 30 protects you from UVA, UVB and IRA rays. Our formulas are non-comedogenic and contain essential fatty acids, which keep moisture in the skin, even in extreme environmental conditions.

PM: 

1. PURIFY ME + PURIFY BODY: It’s important to cleanse consistently and ALWAYS cleanse before bed so you don’t leave bacteria, makeup or sweat on the skin causing breakouts overnight.
2. DETOX ME:  1 to 3 times per week, you will notice that your skin will change. It contains kaolin clay, active in breakout and acne prevention; dead sea salt and Ein Gedi Spring water that exfoliate and purify the skin.
3. REVIVE ME:  This serum deeply hydrates without leaving skin greasy and is absorbed quickly so your skin gets just the right dose of moisture.
4. RECOVER ME: This night cream clears, hydrates and is non-comedogenic! Hyaluronic acid maintains skin hydration, tocopherol with vitamin E are antioxidative, and lavender oil, with anti-inflammatory properties (and an amazing scent) fights acne.

• REFRESH ME: This hydrating glow mist is designed to refresh skin. It’s made to be applied at any time your skin needs or wants it and is excellent for acne prone skin, thanks to azulene, which provides anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial qualities,  grapeseed oil, which improves acne and Ylang Ylang flower oil that has powerful antiseptic, antibacterial, and antiseborrheic characteristics.
• I AM LOVE/100% Organic Argan Oil: Replacing a cream or serum with an oil OR layering an oil under a cream or serum can help stop breakouts. It might sound counterintuitive, but oils actually help your skin better regulate sebum and prevent acne. We recommend  I AM LOVE for face and decolletage and  100% Organic Argan Oil as a full body multitasker (can be used for hands, feet, lips, cuticles and more!).

Dry or dehydrated skin

AM:

1. PURIFY ME & PURIFY BODY: Our hydrating face and body cleansers are suitable for all skin types, including super dry. Shea butter moisturizes the skin, aloe vera nourishes, and of course, Argania Active Complex, our patent-pending formula, deeply hydrates with antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. 
2. REVIVE ME: This deep replenishing serum contains sterols, hydroviton and matrixyl to help keep skin moisturized and hydrated. The argan stem cells in the formula promote dermal stem cell growth, restoring skin elasticity and firmness. 
3. PROTECT ME & PROTECT BODY: These sunscreens contain SPF 30 and are moisturizers. They protect against UVA, UVB and IRA rays damage, and hydrate the skin, thanks to sterols and essential fatty acids. Symcalmin, bisabolol, chamomile, Melissa and rooibos calm and prevent irritations, keeping skin soft. 
4. 100% Organic Argan Oil: This is the star product in the  Argan Set (and included in the formula of all our products). It is suitable for all skin types. PM:

1. PURIFY ME + PURIFY BODY: Can be used again in the evening to wipe away the grime of the day. If skin is particularly dry you can use  PURIFY ME once in the evening and wash your face with warm water in the morning.
2. REVIVE ME: We recommend using this product twice a day.
3. 100% Organic Argan Oil: Argan oil is wonderful at all times of day. You can apply it to any particularly dry patches on facial skin or on your body.
4. GLOW BODY: This body oil is easily absorbed. Opuntia Ficus-Indica Stem Extract, with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, provides hydration, Limnanthes Alba Seed Oil helps skin retain moisture; Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima Oil and Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil perform are skin conditioners. We recommend applying it once or twice a day after you shower.
