Post-sweat breakouts can be a nightmare. Clogged pores, grime and letting sweat and dirt sit on skin can all cause acne and inflammation. Thankfully, the right skincare solution can help you beat exercise-induced breakouts for good.
Here’s our dermatologist recommended routine to help beat breakouts, day and night.
STEP 1. WATER or PURIFY ME
If your skin is feeling sensitive wash your face with water. If you want a deeper cleanse, use PURIFY ME, our Hydrating Cleanser.
PURIFY ME gently cleanses skin without drying. It removes the daily build up of grime and sweat to prevent breakouts. PURIFY ME contains ocean friendly natural jojoba beads for super gentle exfoliation, aloe vera to soothe and nourish your skin, and shea butter to moisturize without clogging pores.
STEP 2: Apply a few drops of REVIVE ME, or skip this if skin is seriously oily.
One of the mistakes often made with acne-prone skin is to totally skip the moisture. But if we do that, skin will dry out and overcompensate by producing even more sebum. Our REVIVE ME serum contains fast absorbed moisture powered by our patent pending Argania Active Complex, made up of a combination of argan oil, leaf water and stem cells that revitalize and protect dermal stem cells, fostering deep-seated rejuvenation of the skin. STEP 3: It’s time for SPF, and it’s super important all year round! Choose either PROTECT ME or GLOW ME.

STEP 1. Gently cleanse away sweat & grime with PURIFY ME.

STEP 2. Use DETOX ME 1-3 nights a week. Skip on nights your skin feels tight or sensitive.
