During summertime, we spend much more time outdoors, the sun is stronger, and we also sweat a lot more than in the colder months. For many of us, our skin also tends to be oilier in hotter weather.
All of these factors create the perfect conditions for trapping dirt and toxins in the skin and can make us more prone to acne and breakouts.
