About me:I was born in Iran and I live in Southern Spain right now. Before that I lived in Sweden from the age of 3. I started Crossfit in 2013, I saw one of my friends post about it and was curious about what it was so she brought me along one Sunday to try it out and since then I’ve been hooked.
My daily routine
As I have 16 rescue dogs at home, my days are very focused around them especially now when my boyfriend lives in the UK for work. I wake up very early everyday around 6 am to let my dogs out in the garden in slots and then feed them, then I have breakfast. Sometimes I train in the morning too - I have an outdoor gym in my garden. I spend a lot of the day doing admin since I’m the co-owner of a Crossfit Gym. In the afternoon, I go to my gym and train and when I come home I take all my dogs out, which takes about 2 hours.
Doing something is better than doing nothing. Being active and training has a positive effect on our bodies and minds. Once you get a routine everything gets easier and it will become more fun and a part of your daily life.
My rescue dogs
My boyfriend and I have 16 dogs in every size and breed and they all have a story. You would never imagine we have so many dogs if you saw our house, because we spend hours each day cleaning! We have the dogs in 4 different packs as they don’t all get along. Some of them can be in packs, some not and you really need to think about which dogs can be together at any time. We have a big kennel and gate system around our garden and land so that we can swap them around without them all meeting each other.
Our dogs have the best life ever and are really spoiled. I have created an Instagram account for them as a lot of my followers love my dog posts and you can take a look to see more of them and their stories @the16rescuedogs.
I would describe my skin as “problem skin” since it's been very unbalanced my entire life. I had breakouts very often until I started using FRÈ. As a CrossFitter, I sweat a lot (A LOT!) and my skin gets very dirty often as you often touch your face with dirty hands.
My skincare routine
FRÉ has helped me create a better routine than ever and I can see how it positively influences my skin. I use more or less all products from FRÉ but my favourite and the products I use most is the 123FRÉ set.
On a training day: I clean my face in the morning with PURIFY ME and then use the REFRESH ME spray for some moisture. Once it has dried I use the PROTECT ME and BRIGHTEN ME eye cream. Before I train in the afternoon I like to cleanse my face again and reapply PROTECT ME. After training I use PURIFY ME and then the REVIVE ME serum + GLOW ME cream. Before bed I use PURIFY ME and then my favourite combination of the 100% Organic Argan Oil + RECOVER ME.
