Prevent boob sweat
A good sweat shows that you are working hard, but boob sweat is uncomfortable and can cause rashes. Before you start your workout, make sure the skin under your breasts is dry. Massage a few drops of argan oil to the area until it is almost fully absorbed. The oil will create a barrier, preventing friction and excess sweat. You will be able to give your workout, from aerobics to wrestling, your all without having to worry about sweating through your bra.
Rehydrate your lips
Exercising outdoors is lots of fun and great for your body, but dry weather can really dehydrate your lips. Apply a drop or two of argan oil to your lips after your outdoor workout. Don’t worry if a little oil gets in your mouth; argan oil is edible and often an ingredient in Moroccan dishes! Your lips will be soft and supple even when sweating hard in extreme conditions.
Soothe runner’s foot
Running fills most of us with a sense of freedom, but our feet suffer recurrent pressure from hitting the pavement or the treadmill, which can cause calluses. To soothe these rough spots as well as your entire foot, rub a bit of argan oil on your feet before going to bed. The oil will moisturize and repair the skin, leaving your feet smooth.
Treat rough hands
What do tennis, weight lifting, and crossfit have in common? In addition to getting you into shape, these sports can be tough on your hands. Treat rough hands by applying argan oil as part of your self-care routine. The oil will hydrate and heal the dry, cracked skin. It also softens hard cuticles and brittle nails, so be sure to dab the oil on those areas, too.
Condition your hair
