My skin challenges

I have combination to oily skin, especially in my t-zone. I am prone to deep pores and blackheads that sometimes turn into pimples. 

I am always struggling to find the balance of not drying out my skin too much with the products I use to shrink my pores, so that I am not then overproducing oil and creating more blackheads and/or more breakouts. I also have hereditary dark circles and puffy under-eyes.

I have a very long and complex skin care journey which dates back to junior high school. During my pre-teens I had very bad acne and tried everything from OTC creams to prescription topicals to help combat it. I was very self-conscious of my skin back then. As I got older, into my late teens and early twenties, most of that bad acne cleared up. Any breakouts that I did get (and still get) are hormonal, stress or diet induced.

My skin today

I am really happy with my skin today, and a lot of it is because of FRÉ. Within the first 3 month of using the 123FRÉ set in 2018, I saw a significant change in the amount/types of breakouts I was getting, as well as decreased redness, more elasticity and a radiant natural glow that I had never experienced before. 

Living an active and healthier lifestyle definitely has helped my skin as well. As soon as I started moving my body regularly, drinking more water (about 72 oz or more a day), and incorporating more greens and lean proteins into my diet I saw a lot of my breakouts diminish.

This was definitely a great catalyst to help get my skin on the right track, but FRÉ has given my skin the extra boost it really needed to look and feel incredible. 

My daily routine

Morning & Evening:

• I wash my face in the shower for roughly a minute with PURIFY ME, then blot my face dry with a clean face towel. 
• I soak a cotton pad with Glossier’s Solution and sweep the pad across my face to wipe away dead skin cells.
• I dab a small amount of Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Eye cream to the entire eye area until fully absorbed.
• I apply a thin layer of REVIVE ME to my entire face and neck, massaging with a jade roller or just applying a bit of extra pressure in an upwards sweeping motion. 
• I spritz my face with I AM JOY radiant rose mist to set everything into place. 

Post-workout:

• I wash my face with CLEANSE ME

1-2x Per Week:

• I use the DETOX ME clearing mask

My favorite FRÉ:

I am torn between two: PURIFY ME is hands down the best cleanser I have ever used. I love how gentle, hydrating and exfoliating it is. My next favorite is DETOX ME. I love using this as a deep cleansing facial mask once a week or even as spot treatment for some of my pimples.
