My skin challenges

I have oily skin, adult acne, hormonal acne & acne scars

Since my teenage years, I have been trying different products and treatments. The last thing I would do before bed and the first thing I would do when I woke up was look at my skin and be truly disappointed. I know other women will understand when I say this can really cause anxiety and depression. Who wants to leave their house when you don’t feel good in your own skin?

I started birth control to try and “balance my hormones.” I went to several dermatologists. I got my fair share of facials, microdermabrasions, micro-needling, and chemical peels. 

Most of what I tried before FRÉ did not work. I have used Clinique, Juice Beauty, Tula, Aveda, The Ordinary, Burt’s Bees, Kiehl’s, Lush, Dermalogica, Murad, Origins, Proactiv.

My skin today

I can say (with a smile on my face) that my skin feels balanced for the first time in my life. I started using FRÉ 2 months ago and for the FIRST time in my adult life I have not had painful breakouts. I think I have told every single human that I know about this company because I still can’t believe it. FRÉ, along with some lifestyle changes, has made all the difference. 

I also exercise on a regular basis now and focus on fueling my body properly. Hydration is also key, and I try to make sleep a priority. It has taken me a long time to have all these staples in place, but at the age of 36 I can say I am starting to feel semi-balanced.

My daily routine

Morning: 

1. First I wash my face with PURIFY ME.
2. Then I apply REVIVE ME.
3. Afterwards, I use PROTECT ME to moisturize and for its SPF.
4. I also add Bliss Vitamin C Serum.
5. Then I apply makeup - I use Bare Minerals and Thrive mascara.

Evening:

1. I use PURIFY ME to cleanse dirt and oil from my face.
2. Then I apply the REVIVE ME serum.
3. Finally, I use RECOVER ME to restore my skin overnight. 

Once a week:

• I use the DETOX ME mask.

Favorite FRÉ

Definitely the REVIVE ME serum. I feel like I get to go to a spa every day and night. I wake up and I have very minimal breakouts and my skin truly feels nourished.
