Where does Fré ship?

Fré currently ships to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
We currently do not ship internationally but are working on bringing Fré everywhere around the world, so international friends: tweet us @freskincare to let us know where you live!

We offer four shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.
1. Standard (5-9 business days): $4.50
2. Ground (4-6 business days): $8.00
3. Expedited (2-3 business days): $12.00 
4. Rush (1-2 business days) $18.00

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: You order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 12 am ET are processed the next business day). Then FedEx or USPS takes it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.

I'm having problems with the tracking

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via service@freskincare.com. We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

What is Fré?

Fré is a combination of the many values we want to express: Fré as in “fresh” (in French) because our products are natural and they provide a refreshing experience when combined with sweating skin; Fré, because it resembles “free” and our heroes are the carefree women who are active, independent, courageous and powerful. In addition to the meaning of the word, these is an underlying meaning in our 3 letters - F, R, E – these stand for the 3 values which represent the Fré woman: F for Fit, R for Resilient, and E for Elegant.

Why do I need a special skincare routine if I workout?

When you work out, especially outdoors, your facial skin is prone to extra damages due to the added exposure to environmental factors. What’s your definition of "women who work out"? How do I know if Fré is for me?

Fré skincare was created for women who work out and enjoy exercising outdoors. Women who use Fré are both professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts. If you work out at least twice a week, Fré is for you.

Do I need Fré if I exercise indoors?

Outdoor conditions like sun and pollution are obviously the central skincare concerns that Fré addresses, but regular indoor conditions combined with sweat also require a special skincare routine in order to maintain a clear and radiant complexion. Even when exercising indoors, sweat can foster irritations, break-outs and collagen degeneration due to intensive physical efforts.

Do I need to use Fré products pre and post-workout only or as a daily routine?

On days you work out, you should use Fré pre and post-workout (no need to add the Fré morning or night serum in addition). On days off, you should use Fré 'Protect Me' and 'Purify Me' in the morning and the 'Purify Me' Serum at night, before going to bed.

Does Fré give back to the community?

Can I sell the products on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase of Fré Skincare products is only for your personal use. By purchasing Fré Skincare products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Please contact service@freskincare.com with any other questions.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If you are shipping the product to our fulfillment center, please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us as soon as possible—service@freskincare.com.

Where should I drop off my return or exchange package?

You can drop the package off at any USPS Post Office or USPS blue collection box and at any FedEx retail store.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at service@freskincare.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders. At this time, we do not accept International credit cards.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: - Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
- Is your card expired?
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at service@freskincare.com. We’re happy to help!
