  • SWEAT BUMPS ON FOREHEAD

There are a lot of different types of skin rash. One of the most common types is heat rash or miliaria in medical terms. Heat rash afflicts both children and adults when it is hot and humid. Heat rash also develops when the pores are blocked and sweat cannot escape. This is according to Dr. Debra Sullivan, Ph.D., who is a medical reviewer on Healthline, a health information site.

    Different types of heat rash

There are different forms of it and heat rash varies in severity and appearance.

    Miliaria crystallina+

This is the most common form of heat rash. It manifests with small bumps on the surface of the skin that are clear or white in color. These bumps are actually little bubbles of trapped sweat that has been unable to find an outlet because of clogged pores.

    Miliaria rubra+

This is more commonly known as prickly heat. It causes more discomfort than other types of heat rash because it occurs in the epidermis, the outer layer of skin. It may cause red bumps and may cause symptoms such as red bumps, a prickly sensation, and inflammation. If the bumps become filled with pus, the condition becomes miliaria pustulosa.

    Miliaria profunda+

This is the least common type of heat rash. It occurs in the dermis which is the deeper skin layer. It typically occurs in adults following a session of physical exertion that produces sweat such as exercise. It presents itself with larger bumps that are flesh-colored.

    Not just skin deep

According to a health report edited by Dr. Sullivan, heat rash is typically not painful or serious and it will usually clear up in a few days. However, it can become a serious medical problem when you develop the symptoms of dizziness or nausea because the body cannot release sweat through the skin. Other symptoms to be wary of pain, chills, fever and pus oozing out of the bumps.

    Sweat bumps on forehead

Athletes and those who work out often see sweat bumps on forehead. This is because sweat from the head runs down the forehead and sweat beads often form here as well. Wearing a sweatband across the forehead helps and so does working out in workout clothes that absorb moisture and keep the skin dry.

    Correct and consistent skin care

However, using high-quality skin care products consistently is the key to clearing sweat bumps on forehead and preventing future breakouts. FRE Skincare is the pioneer range of skincare products made for sweating skin. They were formulated after intensive research by a team of botanical and dermatologists who came up with a trio of clinically proven products with a revolutionary formula and texture. The products keep active skin protected and also feel light and natural even when you are sweating.

    The 123FRE Set

FRE products come as a set of three ground-breaking products:

    1. Protect Me, a defense moisturizer with SPF 30 and an ultra-light texture that makes it fast absorbing. It will not clog the pores so sweat will still pass through and it is sweat-resistant for up to 80 minutes. Last but not least, it will not sting your eyes during your most intense workouts.

    2. Purify Me, a super-hydrating facial cleanser that washes away the sweat while gently exfoliating the skin and de-stressing. When you rinse it off, you are left with clean, clear skin and that gorgeous after workout glow.

3.Revive Me, a serum that reaches deep into the skin to replenish it with vitamins, moisture and to regenerate collagen and the formation of new skin cells.
