How do I maintain my membership level?

From the moment you enter the new level, your status is saved for a year. In order to maintain your status, you need to collect the points required for that level each year

How do I earn points?

With each purchase, you earn points according to the level that you are in. FRÉnds collect 1 point per shekel spent, Best FRÉnds collect 1.25 points per shekel spent, VIP FRÉnds collect 1.5 points per shekel spent on the

If you buy on the Global website and the Israeli website, your points will not be connected and you cannot transfer points from one website to the other. Please take note that your accounts on each website are separate from each other.

Can I earn points on every purchase that I make?

You can collect points on each order that you make. Remember to log into your account and you will collect points on your order. If you make an order with the Guest account, you will not be able to collect points on your order and the points cannot be retrieved, even if you log into your account later.

When will my points balance be reset?

I entered the wrong email address at checkout, what do I do?

I forgot to update my birthday, what can I do?

You can update your birthday on the Rewards page → all the ways to collect points. As long as you update your birthday before the day, you can collect points. If your birthday has passed, you will not get the birthday points.
